According to projections from demographicsnow.com, every major city in northern Colorado is still projected to grow in the next five years. In fact, total population for the quad city area will near 350,000.

For the first time, average household income for most of northern Colorado will exceed $60,000. Windsor has the highest income followed by Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley.
